Summary:
This Unit is about how the Economic power decreased in Germany and the start of World War One. World War One started because the Archduke Franz Ferdinand was assassinated by the Black Hand, a terrorist group. Then, Austria-Hungary invades Serbia, Russia Enters the conflict to protect Serbia, Germany enters the war to protect Austria, Britain and France join in to protect Russia, and then WWI begins. This happened because many countries had allies that are there to protect one another. After WWI ended, Germany had lost a lot of their territories because they were the ones who caused tons of damage in other countries. Therefore, the less land Germany had, the less power they have. Plus the Russian Revolution starving after WWI which made them mad.
